I came in for a cleaning and have no been using my Invisalign, so was hesitant in addressing that issue to the dental hygienists, but ultimately did, and they were very kind and explained that it is sometimes to be self disciplined, but that they would help me get out track and start another round, and make me reach where I would like to be smile wise. From the front desk to the the dental assistants to of course Dr. Gaffney himself, they were caring and helpful. They got me in for an emergency dental appointment right away, and when they found out I was heading out of town soon with my family, they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of before traveling. They not only referred me to a great endodontist for a root canal but scheduled the appointment for me right away. Then they made and fitted me for a permanent crown in record time so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it on our family vacation. I would recommend Bright Young Smiles to any and everyone! They were an answer to prayer!"

"Going to the dentist has been something I try to put off in the past. However, whenever I come to Bright Young Smiles I can stay there for hours— literally! Dr. Catherine Young and her assistant Rose spent several hours on my latest dental work, filling in cavities and adding bonding. I couldn’t be happier with the results, I feel so much better about my smile now! They made the whole experience extremely comfortable for me, offering a blanket and letting me catch up on my latest Netflix show. They utilize the latest tech gadgets on the market for dentistry so you don’t feel like all these crazy tools are in your mouth. Which in my opinion usually tends to feel uncomfortable hence why I’ve avoided the dentist in the past. Dr. Catherine Young also focuses on cosmetic dentistry and was able to help correct the balance of my smile via lip fillers. She has an artistic eye and takes the time to really focus and perfect where she is injecting in order to make your smile perfectly balanced. I’ve had filler in the past and usually it’s a quick appointment where I felt that they didn’t take the time to consider the structure of my face. Dr. Young was the complete opposite and was so gentle whenever she would inject. Would highly recommend this procedure to be done if you want the perfect smile!"

Doctor Young called me immediately to discuss the issue and was able to quickly rectify the situation. I called his office to make an appointment for dental cleaning for my two young ones they said “they haven’t been here for a while they need an x-ray” I say “fine can you tell me how much is going to be I don’t have an insurance I’ll paid in cash” they say “cleaning with the x-rays will be $350” after everything said and done when the time comes to pay they say $450 I did not question Likely I have enough money to pay so I did, same visit when they finish the procedure they called me in the office to discuss other issues so long story short they came up with $1200 with my oldest and another $2500 for my youngest I made an appointment for the oldest one for Saturday at 10:30 am, they took her in at 10:40 she came out 10 after 11 so I paid $1200 for half an hour procedure so I’m trying to understand and justify this kind of a charge for what they did in half an hour? Is it The material ? Is it the hourly rate? Is it that particular job? In any case I did not see the value for what I paid, now I’m doubtful to go back there to spend another $2500 for my eight years old. Whoever I discuss this with their eyes wide open The question is if you don’t have a dental insurance a good one who can afford this also how much does it cost to remove a baby teeth ...?"

As a first time parent I felt like I might have let my son down in the dental health department but they were very reassuring and I truly appreciated that! They really took the time to interact with him to try to make him feel as comfortable as possible and came up with fun ways to show him what they were doing so it would be less scary for him. Her staff was also amazingly perfect; I had encounters with Jennifer, Tamara, Allison and Shalyn. Each one was super pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and met my every need. I was educated before and throughout the entire procedure and was treated like family. I was even given a price prior to the procedure and unlike taking your car to a mechanic, the final bill was way lower than expected since Dr. Young did not need to do the root canal that she thought may have had to be done. What a wonderful surprise that was! I cannot praise this dentist enough; she has a gift for what she does and I am so grateful to have found her."

"Nowadays, finding a good and ethical dentist for your family is just as hard as finding an good and ethical used-car salesman. I found Bright Young Smiles and Dr. Jared Young through a colleague of mine at work. It began with a simple question: "Hey bud, do you know a good pediatric dentist who does not insist on IV sedation for kids - for not-so-complicated dental procedures? So my colleague recommended Dr. Jared Young because of his personal experience with his kids here. He didn't say much, and I didn't expect much.. but... then I was pleasantly surprised. The office was nice and clean. The staff from A to Z was super friendly and courteous. The doctor himself was extremely friendly, understanding, and most of all, skillful in what he is trained to do. The lady coordinator of the office, Kendall, was superb from the moment I spoke with her on the phone the first time. She clearly explained all charges related to the insurance and my co-pays. They even have an insurance specialist who would find out everything about your insurance so that together they can work with you to maximize your benefits and SAVE YOU MONEY. Dr. Young did in one visit what other offices wanted to do in two, and they wanted to charge much more. I was so impressed, I cancelled all existing appointments with my current dentist and brought my whole family over to Bright Young Smiles. I am so happy I have found Dr. Jared Young. I hope he will continue to do his good work and does not sell out his business for any corporation in the future - like what my previous dentist did."

The nurses are all super patient and caring with her even though she always has 1000 questions they go through every step with her and have made going to the dentist something she looks forward to! they offer an awesome freezing treatment for cavities which helped prolong the actual drilling and filling and today finally after 3 tries, even though she was still scared, she let Dr Dale and Jessica fix all her cavities! Their patience and techniques have really paid off and I am very glad I came here and didn't stick with my first choice! "I took my two-year-old son to see Dr. Young yesterday and was expecting a horrible first dentist experience because my son doesn't like having his teeth brushed and can't sit still for more than a few seconds. I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Dr. Young and his staff made him very comfortable and somehow worked some magic that resulted in my son allowing him to look in his mouth, put an instrument in there to count his teeth, and brush fluoride onto them. That was all he needed to do at this first visit, which I was happy to learn, but I honestly thought it was pretty miraculous that he was able to accomplish this was zero crying or objections from my son. I was super impressed with the whole experience. It seemed much more pleasant than what I remember from dentist visits when I was a kid. The staff was so amazing and did everything they could to make her feel more comfortable. Dr. Young was so patient with her, even when she was in full meltdown mode. "I just got my teeth cleaning at Bright Your Smile, just had to give 5 stars.As soon as I walked in, the receptionist knew who I was and welcomed me with friendly warm attitude. I waited for a lil while, I was called and got taken to the chair inside, and met Nicole the dental hygienist who took my x-ray and did the cleaning. She was very sweet and nice, made me feel relaxed and safe, and she was very knowledgeable and her work was amazing. "Wonderful*** I was horrified to find out my little One has several cavities and i heard such good things about Dr young and maybe doing sedation instead of the other Dentists idea of Strapping my child to a board to keep them still, which i will never ever do. So her first visit, i am stressed, nervous and a mess thinking of the pain my little baby is going to feel from the almighty novacaine shot.....SHe got in the chair, the Dr is very calm showing her all the tools and just talking to her...Now the moment for the shot...they put the jelly to start numbing her mouth, so far s good...then they had her close her eyes and he injected her....she didnt even move, she didnt even feel it, i watch her face and her body , she never knew she just got a shot! the weight was lifted off my shoulders a bit after that. He continued to fix 3 of her teeth, being a 4 year old she did start to get ansy but for her first visit and to have 3 cavities filled with no pain is worth its weight in gold to me, this visit was to be the one that really defined all her future visits to any dentist, if it went bad she would never want to go again as i remember as a child . BUT Dr Young was great, i think dental technology has come a long way and the young dentists have gained more skill and patience especially with children. So Thank you Dr Young for taking care of my pride and joy...her only complaint was that she just doesnt like what he calls Mr Bumpy :) I think it more annoys her than hurts her :) We'll be back to finish the rest......... Well we went back to do the rest and once agin my little 4 year old was not scared for life :) As recently as today we found two more spots...I cant bare to watch so I send my wife,,,apparently dr jared didn't even have to use novacaine and was able to fix both teeth without a flinch of pain from her. The joy of my day is when my little one calls me and says daddy I am OK everythings done:) and I ask did it hurt r u ok and she replies no and I even got a goody bag!!!! so this would be the 6 or 7th procedure on my cavity prone child no matter all I have tried and not once has she ever been upset of felt an ounce of pain. this is worth the world to me and now her experience for the dentist r forever changed because dr jared and his team understand how to make the kids feel good and what to show them and what not to show them. So thank U again for taking care of my Princess!!!!!"

"Have a nine year old daughter who has terrible anxiety about being at the dentist - cries non-stop the minute she is in the chair -- which in turn makes me anxious. Today we had a wonderful visit with hygenist Kayla. She quickly put my daughter at ease, which saved me the cost of having to use nitrous oxide. I was very pleased and relieved. We also love the reception staff - they are super friendly and accomodating - and of course, Dr. Young, who gives us his personal attention, doesn't rush us, and answers all our questions. We drive from Boca to this office - but wouldn't trade them for someone closer. Would love it if we had a dental plan they were on - but even so, they are kind to offer discounts to those who don't have dental insurance, which helps."

Ever time I have had to make an appointment I am able to get in right away and once your there the wait time to see the doctor is minimal 5 mins at best. They have a Lego table, toys, and TV in the waiting room. They have TV’s mounted on the ceiling so while work is being done your kids are distracted which in my opinion is golden! I can not say enough good things about the dr. Young and staff they are caring, and truly take the time to explain everything to you. I highly recommend giving them a try."
