Dr. Andre Ledoux is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon that practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery including trauma, pathology, and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Ledoux is a licensed expert in both inpatient and outpatient general anesthesia.
A native of Southern Louisiana, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy after high school as a medic and surgical technologist, serving five years on active duty and another three years in the reserves. During this period, he also graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management, magna cum laude.
Dr. Ledoux earned a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University, also serving as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve during that period. He returned to active-duty service in 2010 and completed residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Womack Army Medical Center and two fellowships at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, training under Dr. Robert Marx, in maxillofacial tumor and reconstructive surgery and in microvascular and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Ledoux maintains a robust inpatient surgical practice as part of the head and neck oncologic surgery team at Baptist Health South Florida.
